Club Policies
- There are NO REFUNDS for any classes missed.
- There are NO REFUNDS after classes have started. Credits only. Partial refunds may be issued due to medical reason and will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee and a $20.00 Federation fee.
- There is a 5% discount off the total fees for families of 2 and a 10% discount for families of 3 or more.
- The only time parents are allowed in the gym is during Parents displays. (December and June)
- All NSF cheques will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
- We have the right to pull a child from the program for unpaid fees.
- Missed classes cannot be accumulated as a credit in the next session. Make ups must be done within the session, subject to availability.
