PARTY REGISTRATION FEES: $195.00 - up to 14 children (2 coaches) $220.00 - up to 21 children (3 coaches) payment by cash or cheque only |
| *PLEASE NOTE: If more children show up to your party than registered there will be a $10.00 fee per child charged before the party begins. |
PARTIES INCLUDE:
- 1 hour and 45 minutes of facility rental
- 1 hour of structure class
- 45 minutes in lounge area for party and presents
- We provide birthday invitations with maps to gym
- Full sized fridge, microwave and coffee pot
- Fully qualified, nationally certified instructors
- Experienced energetic staff
- All clean up
HOSTING PARTY PARENTS MUST PROVIDE: All food products, cutlery, drinks, table cloth, matches/lighter, knife, coffee, cups, creamers.
SORRY NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED IN GYM. PARTY PARENTS MAY ENTER GYM FOR PICTURES ONLY.
AGES: 5 and up including ALL guests
PAYMENT: Payment must be paid IN FULL one month in advance of party. Payment by check only, and payable to: The Richmond Hill Recreation Club.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for cancellations. A credit will be issued for use at a future date. Good up to one year.
WAIVERS: All invitations contain a waiver that must be signed by the parents of attending children and returned to the club the day of the party.
PIZZA HOUSE: Our recommended place to order your pizza, it comes hot and on time! They will take pre-orders around noon the day of your party for a time that you specify. CALL-905-884-8400.
